With a view to enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning, we experimented with innovative learning and teaching strategies, home school cooperation, evaluation process and different modes of administration, then gave it a shape to form Lil’ Pro “A Premier School Shaping Adroit Kids.

Established in the year 2018, Lil’ Pro is a new concept primary school where learning is not restricted within the four walls of the classroom. Here, children are given different kind of situations to handle on their own, which makes them more self- reliant and confident with high self-esteem throughout their life.

The theory of multiple intelligence suggests that, there are many aspects of human intelligence and every individual has varied strengths. At Lil’ Pro children are provided a diversified learning environment to develop their different potentials. The child is neither evaluated nor compared but observed and suggested better ways of learning. Learning is fun here because each child gets an opportunity with hands on experiments in the laboratories and activity centers built within the classroom setting. Our Modern Montessori techniques of teaching and learning help children with varied intelligences to learn in their own ways.

Among our children we inculcate good learning habit, so that they become a life-long learner. Our entire school program is designed to develop an individual who is mentally, physically, socially and spiritually healthy.

Our teachers are Montessori trained and has classroom teaching and learning experience of more than 480 hours

Director’s Message

The period from birth to the age of 8 is a critical phase for brain development, therefore the best time for learning. The external environment plays a crucial role here. If a safe and accepting environment is available in early childhood, children will have positive brain development which is beneficial to their future learning.

Choosing a right pre-school for your child is very important, as your decision will lay the foundation of your child’s future. As a parent you would be in dilemma as which could be the right school for my child’s foundational years?

I would suggest you that before selecting any school for your child visit their classroom environment, meet teachers enquire the qualification and experience, as they are the real influencers, enquire the curriculum that your child would follow and most important enquire the management’s vision. This will help you is selecting a school where will be safe and learn happily.

In Lil’ Pro we have created such an environment where children are active and self-motivated in their learning process. Teachers take up the roles of facilitator, motivator and supporter to help children learn and grow. The activities are designed to help our children to develop high thinking skills and problem solving attitude. Here every child is understood and respected, so is being kept at the core of learning process.
