With a view to enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning, we experimented with innovative learning and teaching strategies, home school cooperation, evaluation process and different modes of administration, then gave it a shape to form Lil’ Pro

“A Premier School Shaping Adroit Kids."

Established in the year 2018, Lil’ Pro is a new concept primary school where learning is not restricted within the four walls of the classroom. Here, children are given different kind of situations to handle on their own, which makes them more self- reliant and confident with high self-esteem throughout their life.

CLASSROOM WITHOUT WALLS

Lil ‘Pro as the name suggests is a school shaping adroit kids. The school has come up with an extremely novel concept of class rooms without walls.

Many of us or even the other individuals who are involved in education field when hear about such a concept look surprised as if they are asking “Classroom without walls is that even possible.”

So let me give a brief outlook on this concept.

Classroom without walls (CWOW) is a program which is aptly named: quite literally it focuses on extending the classroom beyond normal confines of four walls and a strict time table. Under this program students indulge into extended inquiry of real world application and deeper exploration of curricular topics.

When we began with this program we began with a mindset that we may come across lot of hurdles, backlashes and queries, but we were determined to prove the benefits of this program and we did it by the end of the curriculum year.

We saw many cavernous changes in our pupils, they were more confident and had deeper knowledge, they had become more understanding with high concentration skills, and they also became good orators with enhanced communication skills.

This development was not only noticed by the school authority and the staff, even the parents congratulated us for our hard work and this new concept.

Over all classroom without walls came out to be a strongly benefitting program, evolving students in all the aspects, like every school wishes to.
